Dakota Kanzic is more than just a chef—he’s a culinary architect, blending gourmet flavors with the science of nutrition to create personalized, health-forward dining experiences.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dakota’s culinary journey began with an early fascination for diverse flavors and techniques, leading him to pursue formal training in culinary arts and advanced baking at the Indiana University Academy of Culinary Arts. His career took him across the country, from the rich, comfort-driven cuisine of the South to the refined artistry of fine dining in Pennsylvania.
Eager to deepen his expertise, Dakota expanded his skillset beyond the kitchen, earning a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Culinary Entrepreneurship from Saint Louis University while completing a rigorous Dietetic Internship. His unique background allows him to craft meals that not only excite the palate but also nourish the body, bridging the gap between indulgence and well-being.
Now based in South Florida, Dakota is the chef and owner of The Private Wellness Chef, where he curates high-end, health-conscious dining experiences tailored to his clients’ unique needs. Whether it’s private chef services, customized catering, or nutrition consulting, his mission remains the same: to transform food into a powerful tool for wellness and enjoyment.
